Tax classification code assignment to operating unit R12

Hi All,

We have just upgraded to 12.1.2. I have a requirement of assigning a new tax classification code in lookups  (Lookup type-Output tax classification for output tax classification and/or  how can I assign an operating unit to the tax classification code

From where is the org id column coming in ZX_TAX_CLASSIFICATIONS_V

I am unable to see in the front end

Can someone assist me in this
