baseline capture access

I currently grab baseline captures at the instance level.  I am the owner of the baseline capture and am looking for a way to grant access to the baseline to my co-worker. Has anyone been able to find a way to do this?

We are using

Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Release 5 Grid Control10.2.0.5.0
