EM Grid Control error when attempting to "add a standby database"

After entering the locations for the backups and the staging area and hitting the "2 of 6" "NEXT" button, I get the rather generic "Internal Error has occured. Check the log file for details."

The emoms.log contains the following:

2010-04-16 12:43:53,804 [EMUI_12_43_42_/console/database/dataguard/create] ERROR svlt.PageHandler handleRequest.640 - java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 11, Size: 11
java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 11, Size: 11

and about 250 lines of Java dump.

Is there any way through this?
