How to get data from the tables in ARXSGPO.rdf (Print Statements Report)

Good afternoon,

I am working on creating template for Print Statements XML and tried to understand the group from report ARXSGPO.rdf. When I select on the table that used in this report, there's no data returned, does anyone know how to get the data from the table, such as ar_statement_headers, ar_statement_line_clusters, etc.
