Guys, still talking about interconnect, I'm having problems trying to find the oracle recommendations for Interconnect hardware on Linux. I saw some docs talking about INFINIBAND switches others talking about UDP, I've saw some Teaming  (dont know the concept yet and if that applies), I know some people using fiber channel.

Is there any BEST PRACTICES for setting this up ?

What would be the best (not cheaper) way to go ?? Isaw not chepaer because We need to achieve 99.99% availability and also we want to have the best solution to horizontal scale-out, just adding nodes as required by the growth demand.

Howdy, Stranger!
