11gR2 listener.ora and tnsnames.ora configuration

Can someone point me to a resource or paste in an example of what the listener.ora tnsnames.ora look like for 11gR2?  Seems like things have changed since 9i and even 10g.  I couldn't find a doc with specific examples, just lists of options.
Also, looks like the clusterware home is where the listener.ora is now, not in the oracle software home.  But, tnsnames.ora is used from the oracle software home?  Is this right?
