Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. how to start database after without proper shutdown & box reboot

Hello, Due to an emergency we are required to shutdown machine running 11g R1 database ,so machine was down without any oracle database down,

So now I want to know how should I startup database so that if any recovery is required we can do that
