Error while retiring

 Hi,
While trying to retire the asset i am getting below error

FRM-92101 : There was a filure in the Forms Server during startup. This could happen due to invalid configuration.

The issue is happening only after applying the patch 8706842 ,  8832375. Error is only while retiring the asset and all other functionality like addition, adjustment etc works fine.

I have already checked the metalink note 754898.1. That is the not the issue in our case

Any suggestions ?
