Oracle Database .sql scripts...

A while ago, I remember there was a repository of .sql scripts accessible through OTN with countless useful .sql scripts for performance tuning, reporting, and so on.  I can't seem to find this repository any longer - does anyone in the community know what I'm looking for and where to find it?
