jrew.exe has stopped working

 Hi Guru,

      I am trying to install oracle 10.1.0.3 version on my windows 2008 R1 server. I got  the error "jrew.exe has stopped working"  whille end of the installation process. So i could not install oracle on my server. Please help me how to solve this problem.
