Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Suspense Recycling is happening only after 3 Hours

Hi

When I recycle a record from Suspense Management Center, its getting executed by the registry only after 3Hours.

Any reasons why this might be happening?
