Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. does oracle 11g 32 bit client can install in suse9 32 bit?

does this certificate? i check the db server must need on suse 10 above ,

but seem the client doesn't have any certificate ,so maybe guess can install! is my right?
