[10.2.0.1 & W2K3 server] remove and relocate sqlnet.log

Hi, The sqlnet.log file of my database is located in ORACLE_HOME and it has reached 500 Mb.
Action : I want to delete it and set location to ORACLE_HOME\network\log (usual directory isn't it?).
Where is the current location parametrized ?
What could be the procedure to perform the Action ?
