Depot Repair-- Error while performing a return

Hello,

Iam trying to do a product return in depot repair  ...I entered the return line on the Logistics tab , selected the process Trans checkbox and clicked on Process Button...When I do this Iam getting the below error

The total quantity for the product transaction exceed the quantity on the repair line....There is enough onhand..Can you please let me know if Iam doing anything wrong
