Oracle 11g memory issue

Hi

I have tried two diffrent way but i am seeing same below errors. I am trying to load one of the oracle table and i am seeing following errors. As you can see i am trying to use default new oracle feature which control both the pga and sga automatically in first example. in second example i am trying to manually assign SGA and PGA size but i am still getting error.  

any help would be greatly appreciate.

scenario 1:
