installing 64 bit windows grid control agent

 I need to install grid control agents on a 64 bit windows machine and I can't find the download file I need on edelivery.  Grid control is installed on a 32 bit windows machine, but the agents need to be on 64 bit windows. Where do I download the 64 bit agent for grid control Oracle 11 database?  I did download v17138-01.zip, but after unzipping it it didn't contain the agents I need.
 The description read "Oracle Manager 10g Configuration Change Console Release 5 (10.2.0.5) Agents (multiple platforms)" so I thought it might be what I needed but it wasn't.
