TRCASST program for listener traces

Hello,

We are having intermittent connection difficulties with our Oracle 10g environment running on windows platforms.  The server is on a Windows 2003 64-bit operating system.

I've turned on the listener traces on the server at various levels and when I run the trcasst program against  the resulting trace file I get sections of the report as shown below:

/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Error found. Error Stack follows: id:5 Operation code:72 NS Error 1:12586 NS Error 2:0 NT Generic Error:0 Protocol Error:0 OS Error:0 NS & NT Errors Translation TNS-04315: Trace Assistant Internal error: Can't find resource for bundle oracle.net.trcasst.mesg.TnsError, key 12586 / 00000, 00000 "Not An Error"
