How to hide other customers while raising sales order in order management

Hi Team,

I have a requirement in which my client wants to see only specific customers which are coming under their region say for e.g a sales person in delhi should not be seeing Mumbai customers while raising sales orders.

Please let me know how do we define this??

Appreciate any work around for this also
