Prior Purchasing accrual not reversed

We are having an issue with a prior purchasing accrual not reversing. The Purchasing accrual from Feb-10 should have automatically reversed when we closed the Mar-10 period. Mar-10 appeared to close correctly, but the Feb-10 accruals did not reverse in the GL during the Mar-10 period. All prior months have not had an issue.

We caught this issue when running a GL report for one of the known accounts affected by the accruals.

Anyone know how to correct this accrual reversal issue? Ie- Reverse the Feb-10 accruals in Mar-10? I just checked the journal entry in the GL...we are using the method SWITCH DR CR and the status shows as NOT REVERSED.
