Failed to request gap sequence

Hello,  
Standby database is not synchronized due the following error
"Failed to request gap sequence. Thread #: 1, gap sequence: 43466-43822
All FAL server has been attempted."

I don't have more  these sequence in the primary server
How fix this problem?
