Adding Evaluation to existing User

 I have a client going through the 102 course right now.  He has a P6 license on his laptop which he uses to attach to the corporate database.  He would like to download the evaluation copy of P6 onto his laptop install it stand alone so that he can practice what he has learnt.

1) Does this conform to Oracle's licence model

2) How do you install stand alone P6 on a laptop with the existing client-only install?
