Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. dear all:

i install my rac on windows 2003(32 byte).whne i install the Clusterware(10.2.0.1) i run vipca.bat in window's

cmd.however it shows 'Exception in thread "main" .what's the error.

i check my crs in windows services .they all are properly startup.how can i solve it?
