BRM: BRM Event Extraction Tool

Good afternoon, I am reviewing a project for using AMM to separate the subscribers into 4 schemas.
As the perf is 35 accounts per minute with 200 CDRs per account I would like to try a new approach.
So I would like to export events with the BRM Event Extraction Tool.
Can you tell me where I can get hold of the Tool.
