Tax Variances

 Hi,
I was under the impression that Tax Variances like

 Tax Exchange Rate Variance
Tax Invoice Price Tax Rate Variance
Tax Rate Variance

etc are defined in E-business tax. Correct me if i am wrong.

If it is defined in E-business tax, can we disable tax variance and will that have any other impact
