OATM Migration Error (R11.5.10.2 to R12.1 Upgrade)

Hi,

We are in the process to upgrade E-Business suite from R11.5.10.2 to R12.1( OS : Sun Solaris).

As a part of pre-upgrade step, we ran OATM migration utility and encountered following error:

What could be the reason for the failure? Is there any workaround/fix to overcome the error and re-run the OATM migration utility.
