Customer open balance letter

Hi
I ran the customer open balance letter. It prints the open balances in pages location wise
Is there a way the open balance letter be printed consolidated for all location

Also the rdf lists only one query where the report output is populated to a temp table called ar_customer_balance_itf
How to find the original query which populates the temp table?

Also i was not able to find ant info about  ar_customer_balance_itf even on metalink
