Can I connect from Oracle 9i client to Exadata

 Hi, I/O is the bottleneck for my application so I am thinking to use Exadata for it. With this my application uses the Oracle 9i client library files. Could it be possible if I use Exadata (Oracle 11R2) as main database server and oracle 9i as client.
