 Is there a way to change or override the expenditure item validation for timecards that requires the expenditure item date to be within the same week as the expenditure ending date?

When an expenditure item date is used that is not within the same week as the ending date, the following message is shown for the particular transaction - Expenditure item date is not within the expenditure week (ITEM_NOT_IN_WEEK) .
