PO workflow fails when the employees prefered name has been added.

 Hi,

There is an integration issue with the HR and Procurement modules. The HR wants to add Prefered names to few of the employees, but the PO workflow is throwing an error with the message No approver found.

After looking at all the setups finally found that the Prefered name is causing the issue,and we had removed the prefered name and the workflow found the approver and the notification has been sent to the employee.

are there any profile to make the workflow to detect the correct employee without looking at the changes to prefered name?
