Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Problems accessing agile from Windows 7

Hi

Had you guys experienced problems viewing documents in Agile from a windows 7 PC?

Autovue is crashing everytime we're trying to view documents.

What version of Java should be fine? I know the documents say 1.5.

We couldn't install the javaclient without rolling back to version 1.6.0_17 on Win 7.

I'm running 1.6.0_18 on XP and it works fine.
