Issues after migration from jinitiator to Jre 1.6.0_20

Hi,

We have migrated from jinitiator to Jre 1.6.0_20 by following the noteid : 290807.1.

We are facing some issues after migration.

The issue we face are:
<<>> After session timeout message, we couldn't able to login with same session of jre. The message loops out till we select "No".

<<>> After logging into application, if user select the responsibility for discoverer viewer, it defaulty opens the login page with "guest" username.
