Handheld and new discount\promotion price

Hi there,

I am working on an SR where the customer is querying the following situation:

"The salesman during a visit to a customer called the supervisor and ask him for a promotion/discount for this customer. The supervisor agreed to give him a promotion/discount and he created the promotion for this customer.
So, now how could this promotion/discount propagated to the salesman HH during the visit ?"

I tried to find out information about this on MOS but could not find anything.

Is it as simple as carrying out a synchronization with the server?
