One of our Agile user gets the following error message "Someone is working on this object. Please try again later" when promoting the change request's from one workflow state to another workflowstate. I checked for Knowledge document relavant to this issue, the workaround suggested is to refresh the page which the user is not ready to accept. Please advice as what could be the root cause for this issue. He is the only user who has reported this issue.
