Conversion - OLFM (R12)

 Dear Experts,

We are planning the conversion activities for Al Tawfeek Leasing (OLFM R12.1.2) and I needed help on the process/plan/strategy that was executed in the previous implementations. I have already refered to Conversion Cookbook - Strategy pdf and Conversion Cookbook- Plan, Prepare & Execute pdf. Beside these documents, I would be really grateful if someone can share their experiences on conversion from the previous implementations or point me towards the documents (Functional and Technical).
