User XYZ has explicitly locked the object "ABC". Please unlock it

Hi, This is similar to the other issue that was logged by Raja K on the forums regarding the ECO change status. But for me this is happenign at PPM. We've created a completely new project (not from template), Tryignto import it to PLM from MS Project and the error pops-up as "user XYZ have explicitly locked this object ABC, please unlock it", etc. Where the user XYZ is neither a resource or Team member of this project or is the object ABC part of the project we are creating. No relation to any of the objects in error message
