R12.1.2 Contract Termination Interface Errors

 Does anyone have any documentation for the Contract termination Interface process. Here are some of the issues I'm running up against:

1. Need to terminate the whole contract but errors saying the asset number needs to be added. How can you terminate the contract without adding an asset?

2. Added the asset and now I'm getting the followin errors:
