Terms and Conditions are not defaulting in the contract created from a Sales Quote

Dear Experts,

We are in OLFM 12.1.2. The Terms & Conditions are not defaulting in the Contract if it is created from Lease Quote, where LQ is attached with a Vendor Program. (VPA has an association with Program Contact Template) .


The steps which we are following are:

1. Create and book a Program Contract Template with appropriate Terms and Conditions. These are the Terms and Conditions that you will expect to see on the contract at the end of this process.

Path: Operations>Contract (select Program Contract Template from drop-down and click Create button)

2. Create a VPA and associate the above Program Contract Template (the VPA calls it a Lease Contract Template).
