Agile EDM (Agile e6.0.4) - Not able to start the Agile_eFileService (portmapper)

We are in the process of going to Agile e6.0.4 and are setting up the DFM - FMS File Vault on a Window 2008 Server (not R2).

We installed the Microsoft NFS Server software in order to enable our UNIX machine to mount a folder on the Windows machine.  When we did this, the portmapper for Agile_eFileService will not start now.   There is a conflict because they both use TCP/UDP Port 111.

We also tried installing NFS Maestro on the Windows Server but it fails as well.   We currently have a Windows 2003 Server with NFS Maestro and Agile_eFileService (6.0.1) running and they both start without any issues.
