Critical Patch Update not cleared for PSU 3 11.1.0.7.3 HP-UX Itanium

After installing 11.1.0.7.3 on an HP-UX Itanium server, Grid Control has not cleared the critical security alert for April 2010 CPU.  Does PSU #3 for Oracle 11.1.0.7 include CPU 9369783?
