utilization workbooks

Does anyone have screenshots of any of the reports from the seeded utilization workbooks that they could send me?  We have the views but not the workbooks and I've had an SR for it for 5 weeks and the workbooks don't seem to exist in the support instances either so they've created a bug for development.  I'd like to see some screenshots if anyone has them but the main question I have is if any of them display display the data as 1 row for each resource with utilization categories as columns.
