Anyone face issue with "Navigator" when trying to browse program in PLM 9.3.0.1?

 Hi, our company just upgraded from PLM 9.2 to PLM 9.3.0.1 recently. However, after the new upgrade, we see some issue with the new button - "Navigator" which do not respond for some programs that user is clicking. User is having the right privilege and they are able to view some of the program tasks only by clicking the "Navigator" button. However, it just doesn't work for some programs... anyone can help to advice? thanks
