Hi,
ver 10.2.0.4 linux
When I start the dbconsole from the command line my NLS setting is american.america if I log into the database after starting the dbconsole my session nls are still american.america.
I created a simple table my_nls as select * from nls_session_parameters. I then login into the dbconsole the IE and submit a job that is a simply inset into my_nls select * from nls_session_parameters.
When I check the content of table my_nls the setting nls_language and nls_territory has changed from the original american.america.
Can anyone tell me where Dbconsole is picking up this new session parameter?
