UDLM version 3.3.4.10

Hi, the Note ID 739318.1 have the following solution note:

Download UDLM 3.3.4.10 from Metalink 

Patch 7289157 for Oracle Clusterware (CRS) 10.1 and 10.2

--- 

But the Note ID 783327.1 mention that CRS version 10.2.0.4 is the first version which support UDLM 3.3.4.10.

Can I use the UDLM 3.3.4.10 with CRS 10.1 and earlier versions than CRS 10.2.0.4?
