Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

Hi,

I am upgrading our Oracle EBS R11i(11.5.10) to R12(12.1.1).
Completed upgrading the DB to 10g R2
Applied 12.1.1 upgrade driver
Currently running American English Upgrade Driver (u6678700.drv)
Worker is failing for cslku.odf

I check the worker log file and it is trying create view APPS.CS_LOOKUPS and is failing with ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object

But there is already a Table CS_LOOKUPS in CS schema and a Synonym CS_LOOKUPS in APPS schema.

What do I do? There is no Note for this in MOS.
