WBS Details in P6 Web Access

 In the Activities view of P6 Web Access Verson 7 you can update all the WBS fields (e.g. EV rules) for very level of the WBS except level 1. This creates a problem as  I cannot effect an update or see EV rules, budget logs, etc etc . Can this be fixed please?
