Unable to open JSP related forms being in d2k forms

 Hi Folks,

We are facing this issue, after login to Application i will open journal form then i am trying to open Accounting setups instead of opening Ledger JSP form it is asking user name and password, if i enter user name and password it is not opening and saying contact your system administrator.

Note:- It is not time out problem, some thing related to "Security related Custom level options" i believe if some can guide to resolve this issue. we are using Windows Vista , Explorer version 7 . Previously it was working fine recently we are facing this problem.
