Upgrading Custom Business Views from 8.10 to 9.0

We are going to be upgrading JDE from 8.10 tools 8.96 to 9.0 tools 8.98.  We have a number of custom business views where data items have been added to the tables used by the custom business views.
1.  Is there anything special we have to do to move these business views from 8.10 to 9.0? 

2.  Do we have to regenerate these business views even though the new data items are not being used?

3.  Do we have to redo anything in the UBE or Applications that use these custom business views?
