finding the output file from a job instead of scrolling thru the file in the gui

I am using Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Release 4 Grid Control in a windows env.

I just recently changed a copy batch job to use robocopy instead and found that with robocopy it gives a percentage every few seconds of how far the copy is. 

Last night the copy job failed and I am looking at the job output to try and see why it failed but the job copies 19 backed up oracle datafiles across the network and the files are 2 to 4 gig each.

While looking at the output it takes forever to scroll thru all this to try and find what actually failed.
