Memory usages of Oracle.exe

Dear all, Hi..

Please can anyone give me guidance in Oracle.exe's memory Usages...?

I have Oracle database 10.2.0.1.0 Server and the Operating System is Windows 2003 Server.
intel xeon processor and 2GB RAM.in Server..

Also my own application also running on same server. and also my application can be accessed through remote Machines.

So what i have observed that Intial level just when all the service, process just started at that time in Task manager  Oracle.exe is using near about 730 MB memory....

But after some time it starts to increase by 1 or 2 MB and at the day end it goes about 760 MB and gradually as day by day it increases. (Machine is not restarted)..
