Autoconfig fails on adcrobj.sh, afdbprf.sh & adcrobj.sh when run on Database Tier

 Hello !

I am trying to run Autoconfig on Database Tier, but it is finishing with some errors:

The following report lists errors AutoConfig encountered during each
phase of its execution.  Errors are grouped by directory and phase.
The report format is:
      <filename>  <phase>  <return code where appropriate>

  AutoConfig could not successfully execute the following scripts:
    Directory: /fh11/CHL/oraapps/10.2.0/appsutil/install/CHL_cidcsra02
      afmkinit.sh             INSTE8_SETUP       1

  [PROFILE PHASE]
  AutoConfig could not successfully execute the following scripts:
    Directory: /fh11/CHL/oraapps/10.2.0/appsutil/install/CHL_cidcsora02
      afdbprf.sh              INSTE8_PRF         1

  [APPLY PHASE]
  AutoConfig could not successfully execute the following scripts:
